Terms of Service
These terms govern use of Nova Hotels Legacy Applications at https://applications.novabrand.dev (the “Service”). By signing in or using the Service you agree to them.
The Service
NHLA is a staff tool for reviewing Roblox job applications for Nova Hotels Legacy, configuring application questions, and ranking accepted players in the associated Roblox group. Players apply in-game. Staff review on this website.
The Service is provided for that community. It is not an official Roblox product.
Who may use it
- Staff must be authorised (group rank and/or Super Admin allowlist).
- You must comply with Roblox Terms of Use when using Roblox login and group ranking.
- You must not share your login or attempt to access other staff accounts.
Acceptable use
You must not:
- Abuse, scrape, or attack the Service.
- Submit false applications or impersonate other players.
- Use review tools to harass players or leak application answers outside staff use.
- Attempt to rank players you are not permitted to manage in the Roblox group.
Applications and ranking
Submitting an application does not guarantee a rank. Staff may accept, decline, or mark applications as processing. Accepted applications may change the player’s Roblox group role. Decisions are made by Nova Hotels staff, not by Roblox Corporation.
Availability
We may change, suspend, or stop the Service. We do not guarantee uptime. Access may be revoked at any time, including if your group rank changes.
Liability
The Service is provided as-is for a volunteer / community hotel. To the extent allowed by law we are not liable for lost ranks, missed applications, or downtime.
Privacy
How we handle information is described in the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms. The date at the top of this page is the latest version.
