Privacy Policy
This policy explains how Nova Hotels Legacy Applications (“NHLA”, “we”, “us”) uses information when you use https://applications.novabrand.dev and related staff tools.
This is a staff application-review service for the Nova Hotels Legacy Roblox community. It is not operated by Roblox Corporation.
Who this is for
The website is for authorised hotel staff. Players apply in the Roblox application centre. Staff sign in here to review those applications.
Information we collect
Depending on how you use the service, we may process:
- Staff login (Roblox OAuth): Roblox user ID, username, profile picture, and enough profile data to confirm you are signed in.
- Group membership: your rank in the Nova Hotels Roblox group, to decide whether you can review applications or administer the centre.
- Applications: Roblox user ID, username, the job applied for, answers, timestamps, review status, reviewer identity, and staff comments.
- Activity: staff chat messages and server log lines (for example when an application is moved or a staff member connects).
How we use it
- To sign staff in and keep you logged in.
- To show and review applications.
- To restrict who can apply for which job, based on group rank.
- To rank a player in the Roblox group when an application is accepted (Open Cloud).
- To operate live staff chat and the activity log.
We do not sell personal data. We do not use it for advertising.
Roblox
Sign-in uses Roblox OAuth (openid and profile). Roblox also processes your account under Roblox’s Privacy and Cookie Policy. Ranking uses Roblox Open Cloud on behalf of the group.
Cookies
We use a small number of essential cookies for login and security. Details are in our Cookie Policy.
Storage and access
Data is stored on the servers that host this site (including a PostgreSQL database). Access is limited to Super Admins and authorised staff. Application answers may be shown to other staff reviewers. Comments marked “show to the applicant” may be returned to the in-game centre for that player.
Retention
We keep applications, comments, and logs for as long as they are needed to run the hotel’s application centre, unless we delete them as part of normal administration.
Your choices
Staff can stop using the site by logging out and not signing in again. Super Admins can remove staff access by group rank settings. Players who want application data removed should contact Nova Hotels Legacy leadership through the Roblox group.
